This policy explains what we collect when you visit thefmkgroup.com or faos.thefmkgroup.com, or join the FAOS waitlist, and how we use it. "We" means FMK Group.
What we collect
- Waitlist details you give us: name, email, country, business type, team size, main use case, optional tool spend range, and your interest in the founding deal.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address and browser type) used for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.
How we use it
- To confirm your waitlist place and email you about FAOS access, pilots and founding seats.
- To decide which businesses to invite first.
- To understand demand for FAOS (in aggregate).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your waitlist details to train AI models.
Who processes it
We use trusted service providers to host the site and send email (for example Vercel for hosting and Resend for email). They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until FAOS launches publicly plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing fmkagency01@gmail.com.
FAOS accounts
When sign-in opens, a separate section of this policy will cover account data, the content you put into your workspace and how each business's data is kept isolated. We will update this page before accounts go live.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. For significant changes we will email waitlist members.
